    Monaca branch is excellent. They were Patient with my child during her exam. The staff helped me find fashionable frames that flatter us. Very friendly.

    Horrible staff. I went in to get measurements and prices for glasses, but they refused to help me unless I was purchasing that day. The woman wouldn't even stop restocking or look at me. If I didn't have an exam today or was ordering glasses today, they wouldn't help me. Don't waste your time here!!!
